Open Settings
Tap Mobile Services
Using more than one SIM? Select the one you're having trouble with.
Tap Mobile Data Network

Update all APN sections, type: ws.melon.mvno

Tap Network and Internet or Mobile network

Add a new APN (from three dot menu or plus sign)

Change APN name to Melon
Under APN insert: ws.melon.mvno
